helofun is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. A higher local digital-consent age may apply. Where legally permitted, a parent or legal guardian may authorise use or make a request; if we find underage use, we will delete or restrict the data. Adult-only services have separate age or identity verification. Users must provide truthful birth-date and country information. Baseline platform access is 13+, but local law may require a higher digital-consent age; below that age, use requires valid parent or legal-guardian authorization where legally permitted. Adult-only features remain restricted and may require identity or age verification.
